if allah is so powerful why does he need muslims to defend him?

I know that you were NOT a Muslim. But still here is an answer for you.

Almighty GOD is all-Powerful, yet why he does NOT destroy those who reject HIM???

Take this example, in an examination, even if a student writes a WRONG answer, NO one will stop him from doing so. Even if the concerned teacher is present, he/she will NOT object to the answer, because during the examination it is a TEST. Its the Time for ACTION.

Now when the answer sheet is taken from the student, NOW comes the time for the REWARD/PUNISHMENT. Now the Teacher will NOT give any marks for the WRONG answer.

Similarly, this life is a TEST by Almighty GOD. He sent messengers like Abraham, Moses, Jesus Christ & Finally Muhammed (Peace Be Upon Them All) to guide mankind to worship GOD alone. All messengers called mankind to submit their self to GOD.

But if the people choose otherwise, Almighty GOD will NOT call them to ACCOUNT. But when they DIE, and their Soul is now at ALLAH's disposal, they will be accounted for their deeds.
