honey i don't know what it means now but when before rap was around some fine grinding was a good old fashion hard screwing and i did a lot of grinding back

Basically, it looks like youre having sex with your clothes on while youre on a dance floor. Im hoping that you know what sex is, and if you dont run a search on the internet... it will explain everything.
A good way to get a general idea about what it looks like is to watch BET. Or hit up a dance club (that doesnt play country music) after 11pm and watch the people on the dance floor.
