biosilk does wonder!! especially with frizzy thick coarse hair!! i have the same kind of hair and my husbands mom is a cosmetoligist>she recomended it and it is great for the hair, another a plus!! u can use it on wet hair before u use gel and style or for straightening which i do... give it a try>wouldnt hurt, plus everyone's hair is different and it could work different. u can also use something cheaper frm like walmart or kmar, walgreens etc. just look for a straightening balm. kind of like an oil so it will hold your hair down> not way it down but hold it down.. best of luck girl!

I use it, but it does not help frizzy, thick hair. It simply smoothes and shines it out to make blow-drying effects easier and a bit less harmful, I suppose. I have very thick hair, but it isn't frizzy or curly, so I'm not quite sure. Experiment with different styles and products.

Oh yes! Do use this product. It is awesome. If you find it on sale buy it fast. It's the best for frizzy hair. You can apply it on wet or dry hair. Be careful, you don't need a lot of it. It will make your hair feel like silk..literally

Yes it is good. However I would suggest Paul Mitchell "super skinny" similar product. A little less greasy. You also get a little bit more for about the same price. You apply prior to blow drying. Helps your hair dry faster and provides some control, you can also apply to dry hair to instantly fix fly-aways and take down the volume! I normally mix a little bit of a light weight gel with mine prior to blow drying to provide a little more control.

It might help control some frizz, but I think it makes my hair look greasy. The lady at JC Penney's gave me a sample, and I didn't like it.
Have you tried Sunsilk's new Anit-poof...?? Here's a link for a free sample!!!

I use it, but it probably won't do anything for thick or frizzy hair, it has no control, its just for shine
