you need treatment and soon. you cant detox yourself,
Talk to hubby if he loves you he will help you,
If you continue to hide it and he finds out you will likely lose him
'Till you get real help it will spiral and get worse.
!2 step programs are awsome.......... look in the phone book and go to some.Takes guts addmitting you got a problems is the first step to healing and becoming whole again ! God bless and get real help

Its good that you know you need help, and as far as your husband, he probably already knows you have a problem and is ignoring it right now. Sit him down and have a heart to heart, if he doesn't understand and leaves you then you will have to deal with that later, right now you need to take care of yourself and worry about getting better. Good luck and I hope you can clean yourself up.

I think you will have to tell your husband, sooner or later. It probably will be hard for you to recover without his help. I think you absolutely have to tell him and ask for help. You probably will have to go into a rehab so your system can get cleaned. You definitely will need help from your husband.

go to AA or NA or both

You will find what you are looking for there. You will have the opportunity to take back the control in your life.
