Exodus 20:8-11. However, there is nothing wrong with going to fellowship (church) on Sunday. The first century believers started this, because they celebrated the Lord's Resurrection weekly on the first day of the week. I have also chosen to celebrate weekly on the first day of the week, as this was the day that Jesus was resurrected. For it was His resurrection that gave me the right and authority to dwell in Heaven after my physical death, or after the "rapture", whichever happens for me.

The Sabbath is SATURDAY...look at the calendar, what is the LAST day of the week? The Christians changed their holy day because of money.

On Sunday they can pass the basket and collect a bunch of money without it being a sin. If they had kept their services on Satruday, it would have totally stopped their collection of money as handling money on the Sabbath is a sin.

The Muslims chose Friday for the same reason.

Revelation 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.

Where is God’s Seal? How do you get God’s Seal?
Isaiah 8:16 Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.

According to this verse, the seal of God is in God's law.

A seal is what makes a document official, and it normally contains three characteristics: Name, Office, and Territory.

Which of the Ten Commandments contains all the elements of a seal?

Exodus 20:11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

NOTE: The fourth commandment is the only one that contains all three elements of a seal: (1) "The Lord"--His name, (2) "made"--His office as Creator, (3) "heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is"--His territory.

Why did God create the Sabbath Day?

Ezekiel 20:12 I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the Lord that sanctify them.

Ezekiel 20:20 Hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the Lord your God.

Exodus 31:13 Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the Lord that doth sanctify you.

Was the Sabbath day, only for the Jews?

Mark 2:27 - And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:

According to Jesus, it was for man.

Isaiah 66:22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. 23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.

Isaiah 66 is speaking about the future...WHY WOULD GOD SPEAK ABOUT KEEPING THE SABBATH DAY IN THE FUTURE IF IT WAS REALLY CHANGED NOW?

Satan doesn't want you to worship God. Taking away his holy day, is just one way, he tries to decieve people. There is no commandment from God, to Change his holy day, because God blessed the sabbath day and made it holy. Read it in Genesis. He didn't bless another day.

ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE...WE NEED TO KEEP GOD'S HOLY SABBATH DAY, BECAUSE

IT HELPS US TO REMEMBER WE WERE CREATED.

IT IS A SIGN FROM GOD and a Seal of God. (The opposite is the MARK of the BEAST!)

ALL PEOPLE ARE CALLED TO WORSHIP HIM, ON HIS SABBATH DAY

The Lord himself ordained the Sabbath day when he created the universe. And it was on a Sabbath, while we humans rested, that God lay dead for our sake.
