do u think its possible that some people cannot feel happy before feeling depressed or sad.
could it be like a condition similar to drugs? where ppl are not happy with normal levels of dopamine and need more to feel happy? unless there is a depression in the dopamine levels in your body you cannot feel happy with the levels that are otherwise normal?
coz i keep thinking i cannot be happy without bieng sad! and maybe its hormonal???
does anyone ever feel that they cannot be happy? could this be the reason?

maybe there is no such thing as happiness and sadness, whenever you have one perception you need another to counter it... maybe its just reality.

Yikes, I am totally confused! No, I don't think you can be happy and depressed. Those are opposing feelings.
