I am a Paid Youth Speaker. My question is this, are there any places to speak at in Aruba for speaker and where would I go to find them?

Check the hotels for conventions...but otherwise there isn't much call for that type of thing in their communities.

Yes there is a public place where you can give out a speech. It is in downtown at the renaissance hotel. It is a park.
