I just got a new cream and orange tabby too, asked the same question, but named him Ripple, because he looks like butterscotch ripple ice cream... go with your gut, there's only one name for him, and without knowing your kitty, it's hard to say what...maybe Minou?
Good luck!

Creamsicle sounds very cute for an orange and white cat. I also like:
Pokey
Sugar
Ginger (especially if it's orange)
Pumpkin
Valentine (if you got it around Valentine's day)
Stripes
Patch
Patches
Tiger
Monkey (I think it's so cute)

I've had many cats in my 14 years and I like to give them names that go with their appearance and personality. I have one cat thats orange and white and my parents and brother wanted to name it Kramer (after the show Seinfeld which I hate), thinking it was a boy. I hated the name. We later found out it was a girl and they stuck with the name. Since she's orange and white I call her Kramesicle. Good Luck on the kitten :o)

My cat is Charlie, but he's grey and white, but my old cat was an orange tabby and I named him Rusty, mainly because of his color, but also because I was watching Seinfeld at the time and there was a horse named Rusty and Cramer kept yelling his name, Rusty, RUSTY, lol

Our kitten is the same color , but his markings on the side looked like a bull's-eye, so we called him TARGET. Another cat that I have is called ARCHIE, because the cartoon character had orange hair.

My daughter named a litter of kittens after the characters from her favorite book at the time "Raiders of the Sea" They were Bree, Lil, Devin, and Mikkel. Bree was independent, strong willed.
Devin was loyal, strong. Lil was little but brave, and Mikkel was a viking raider, but became honest and trustworthy, and a good leader.
My son also named one Little Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribean.
So maybe you could use one of those names or one of your favorite characters from a movie or book or video game or cartoon. Good Luck!
