What are they gonna do, arrest you on foreign soil. I doubt they'll go to our embassy to make you pay. If they do pay up, it's just a ticket!

In New Jersey there's a compact with Alberta; in case you do no longer pay the Alberta value ticket your New Jersey driving force's license would be suspended. look into the motorcar information superhighway website on your state and spot if there's somewhat telling if there's a compact with the windfall you won the value ticket in.

Yes. There is a notification provision between Canada and the States (like there is between States, here).
Best just to pay the fine, they'll be a mark against your US license otherwise.

Yes if you told them that when you got pulled over you were from the u.s,they can notify u.s and they can take your license or even put a warrant out for your arrest it really depends on if there worried about it.
