No, and we ha ve come a long way since 1979, one would have to be in total denial to disregard evolution, the premises is scientific fact.

That's good, but it's so out of date. Several key transitional forms have been found since then, including tikaalik.

of course it's possible. and if we look at fossils, we have reason to believe that the evolution went even further than that. mammals, and *gasp* humans.
