The Bible forbid cursing but the prohibition against four letter words are a product of a society that is obsessed with sex.

All who curse their father or mother must be put to death. They are guilty of a capital offense. (Leviticus 20:9 NLT

Matthew 15:11: "Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man."

to be honest the bible makes no list of words. But does say this

One of the Ten Commandments is 'Thou shalt not take the LORD's name in vain.'

Which means 'God damn it', 'Jesus Christ!' and any variations thereof are right out.
