I have a 6 month old Maltese puppy and he is so healthy. He has been to the vet and checked out and the vet said that he is a very healthy little guy. I just need to know if it is normal for them to loose there baby teeth at this age? My puppy has already lost 2.
Please help. I am a very scared mommy and i would take him to see his vet but he is closed today and the rest of the week and i was told not to take him to another vet that dosnt know anything about him.

This is perfectly normal. Dogs loose their baby teeth between 4-6 months. Nothing to worry about.

Yes, most pupps start to loose their teeth at around 5-7 months. I dont have a Maltese, but I have fostered like 2 Maltese before, from since they were 13 weeks. It is normal for all pupps including Maltese to loose their teeth. But if the adult teeth dont grow in within a week then deffinitly consult a vet.
