24 Hour Fitness is a great place to workout out. I workout there six times a week for two to two and half hours. From looking at your current weight, that weight is definetly not healthy for your age and can put you at risk of getting cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and type II diabetes. If you eat fast food, cut down on it or dont eat it at all since it can be very unhealthy to your heart and liver. I would recommend lean meat, fresh vegtables and fruit, and lots of water. If you do get a membership at 24hr fitness, hit the treadmill for 30 mins and do a high intensity workout. I use to do hills on the treadmill with a 15.0 degree incline at 3.5 to 4 mph. In that 30 min time frame I can burn up to 500 calories or more. However, I dont do cardio anymore since I lost alot of muscle size and strength from overdoing it too much !!! Most importantly, dont do too much cardio, since it can cannabalize the hard earned muscle that you've gained. I would recommend ab workouts in replacement of cardio. Right now im more into weights and I do alot of weight lifting and I always end my workouts with a 15 to 20 min ab workout. Good Luck !!!

I would recommend eating about 6 very small meals a day of just basic food group stuff to kepp ur metabolism going all day. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies, and drink plenty of water...and no soda. Maybe do some fast pace walking or swimming or any other kind of cardio for 30 mins maybe 4 or 5 days a week. But don't try to lose weight too quickly, or take any pills or drinks cause chances are the weight will come back if u do. Also, i wouldn't get on the scale, the numbers are just numbers. once u start losing fat and gaining muscle the numbers may go up since muscle weighs more than fat, so just take ur measurements to see ur progress. Be patient...it'll happen!!! hope this helps!!

I recommend doing a lot of swimming. Not "fun" swimming, but swimming that'll work your body. It's great for every body. Get a trainer if you can. If not, find someone who has done competitive swimming (I have, but it's not like i'll be able to write you or tell you everything you need to do... in competitive swimming they swim at least a mile every day at practice and over the majority of them are sprints). So try to get that to work for you... eat healthy. Make sure to stay hydrated. That may sound wierd to say for swimming, but that actually makes you sweat a lot and you lose water quickly from your body.
Many food diets are healthy especially if it means eating more meat than anything else. That causes liver problems. Just eat a healthy balanced meal. Make sure to swim!!!

Tae bo Basic for awhile and then advanced.
Buy the videos.
Check out Billy Blanks Tae bo On the Internet.
I've tried all his Tae bo tapes out and found basic and advanced to be his best.
Change your diet to salads.

watch what you eat, espessially the sugar, fat and starch intake. you want to eat foods high in protein, fiber and low in fat. excerise at least 1 hour everday, and do at least of 30 mins of that hour on cardio.

try the kanten diet, the kanten soaks water from your stomach and expands making you full. However if you are sure you can handle it you might try amphetamines.
