what do you like? just reverse it and go from there.
i think that guys appreciate it when you initiate the smooches. and like someone else said a little nibble on the bottom lip. holding the back of his head so as to keep it close to yours.
the right tongue action. and no slobber.
that's what i like, and i am sure if i were kissing anyone they would like it too.

DO NOT try to ram your tongue down his throat! Do not OPEN MOUTH KISS. DO NOT get sloppy with your spit. LIGHTLY run your tongue around just inside his mouth, suck on his tongue. Rub your hand up and down the front of his pants and squeeze from time to time. Run your hand between his legs and rub softly up and down. Give him a good hand job.
