This is a sign of depression, it helps if you write on your date book how you feel morning, afternoon and at night, this way you can find you high and low spots of the day, when you find the low spots, try to do something you enjoy (I know) or something at else different, at high times, write what you are doing at those time of the day and maybe at more time doing it, over time you will find your worse part of the day, then are ready for it then it will not be as bad as long time, write a list of things you wish you were able to or miss doing, from hardest to something you can do easy, after you have your list, work at a easy pace to do each one, (like I said, nice and easy pace) see how you feel when you get nervous or scared, write it down and try to beat that mark the next time, at some point you will be doing things you never thought you could, then you wil find out, depression is a state of mind you make around yourself, only you have the power to change how you see things and enjoy your life, when you think you are worth enjoying your life again, you will. Never be scared to ask for help, go to groups, call help lines, ask family to visit, get a pet, watch the shows you love, when you are watching them, you will forget your problem at least for a while, take walks in pretty places and treat yourself to a nice lunch once in a while , you might even feel better helping others and will start feeling worth return to you and boost your image in the mirror that is nice always easy to look at, baby steps and not looking what others are doing or have, everything at your pace, let things take time and work towards your goals, life is worth it and so are you!!

It is one of symptoms, so the first thing you need do is make a doctor's appointment, to get properly diagnosed, and after that, view: www.relax7.com/7.php and: www.depression.com/- and the links and suggestions in the blogs of Shan Eris on "tackling depression" at www.myspace.com Then go for a short walk, and get some fresh air and sunshine, if possible.

Maybe. I would see your doctor and get a physical real soon. Ask the doctor for a good therapist. You might feel a lot better. You will have more fun.
