If you work out (you must if you do gymnastics) then your body is a lot different than someone else who isn't toned. If someone of the same height and weight as you just sits on the couch all day, their body would look much different than yours. If your ribs show, you are most likely not fat.

I am also 5'3" and 110 pounds, don't have a lot of muscle (but do have some), and I am by no means fat! You're not, either. Your BMI is in the healthy weight range of 104-141 for your height, plus you're athletic. I wouldn't try to lose any weight if I were you...you sound very fit! If anything, since your ribs show, you may want to gain a couple of pounds.

You have muscles , weight 100 lbs and your ribs show, by no means are you fat. But if this is really what you think when you look in the mirror you might want to talk to a doctor...this could be a medical condition

13 years old and 110 isn't too bad. When I was 13 I weighed over 100 and wasn't fat either. I wouldn't get too concerned right now, you just need to watch what you eat and the amount you eat. Don't over eat and exercise and you will be just fine. I know a seven year old who weighs what you do.

If you are 5'3", weight 110 lbs and have a lot of muscle, you must be in excellent shape, you must have a very small body-fat percentage, which is the true measure of a person being fat or not. You definetely are NOT.

5'3" 110? That is far from fat, especially considering that muscle weighs more than fat. Be happy with your body.

you are ABSOLUTELY NOT and I repeat NOT fat! remember..muscle weighs a lot more than fat does. think of all the amazing strength you have...how many kids do you know that can do all moves you can do. Girl, be proud...go out and flex! from one athlete to another, you are not fat! I'm 5'7 and 167lbs... but i don't look a hair over 132. it's all muscle..IF YOU GOT IT FLAUNT IT!!!!
