Need suggestions for a 17-yr-old guy. He is bored at home much of the time. Has few friends due to being shy - - - - he has no license or transportation to go anywhere he wants. He does have a job, but isn't allowed to work during school nights. Has no Internet, but has a computer.
He has never had a dad. His mom is single, but she doesn't spend any time with him. He has a girlfriend, but doesn't want to depend on her all the time to get him out of the house. Besides, sometimes his gf needs some time out with just the girls.
Also, it is a very small town - - - no movie theatre, no YMCA, no park . . . . NOTHING. Have any creative ideas or ideas for a hobby? (Please, no stupid answers) Thanks!!!

May be you can try this.
Get some books which you would love to read.
Try to pratice Singing or dancing at home when you feel bored.
Try to solve puzzles which you can find in the magazine or news papers.
But the best is get our of your shyness and make some friends.
