you can't MAKE anyone like someone, either they do or they don't. As a big sis you should teach her that she will not always get everything she wants in life and not everything will go her way. If he likes her only as a friend then that's what it is. She (and you) have to accept that.

YOU DONT MAKE ANYONE LIKE ANYONE! it comes naturally. But what you can do is make her MOVE ON! I'm sure she is young so she has the the Fu%ken time in the world to find a guy that will actually like her back.

sorry but frankly you can't make him like her that easily.forcing yourself on a guy will make him dislike you even more and might end up having to stay away from you, even as a friend.
so tell her to just accept their present friendship.romance from friendships takes time to bloom.so just be herself and wait if it will happen,but don't expect.If a long time of being friends pass by and nothing happens,just move on and find someone else-he just wants to stay as friends,and that's that.

Maybe she should play the hard to get game. Pretend that she doesn't care what he thinks and HE WILL come around. Boys don't like girls to show them too much attention
