so yeah i have never seen a person born with black hair and blue eyes. has any one ever seen one

I don't know if you'd count me...
When I was a kid, my hair would naturally change color throughout the year-light brown by the end of summer, black or nearly black by the end of winter (determined by the amount of sun my hair was exposed to). My eyes are hazel, and depending on my mood, the color of clothes I'm wearing, etc., my eyes can look like almost any color...blue, green, brown, even all three with yellow highlights sometimes-all natural, no contacts. Even now, my hair grows out almost white and turns dark brown naturally within 1/2 inch from my scalp and the 'whispies' are clear.
It's funny how noone ever believes that my hair is not dyed...until I dye it (THEN they think it's natural).

Have you heard of the black Irish?
The typical Celtic skin and hair colouring is pale to somewhat ruddy, with blond to reddish hair and lighter coloured yes. The typical Celtic facial features include a high and broad forehead.
However, at one point, the Spaniards invaded Ireland, and as all invading forces will do, left their genetic signature behind. From that, you get the term black Irish. Celtic facial features, and yes, possibly Celtic eye and skin colour, but black hair.

Sure, you get mixtures of races etc. For instance if an American Indian married a person from Norway or A chinese person (they almost all have black hair) marries a person with blue eyes. It is the DNA crap game that determines these things.

Alexis Bledel (sp) has super dark brown hair and blue eyes, if that counts. But yeah, I've seen random people with that coloring

With natural DARK BLACKEST BLACK hair, no, but i have seen people who's hair is extremely dark brown admit that they have black hair or people assume they have black hair.
