what can prevent me from going even more bald then i am already?

i mean what can i do to stop my hair from receeding anymore? right now it is balding but nothing too noticible, it is just thin and i have a receeding hairline going that i have had for a while... but how can i rpevent it from moving anymore?

I think eventually you will be bald if it's in your genes. However, you can probably slow downt he process a bit by not wearing hats all the time,and when you shower, don't scrub your hair, just massage it. Also, don't scrub your hair with the towel when you dry it, that just damages your hair. Be gentle

Try apple cider vinegar. You must use this consistently. Take 2 tbls. acv in a glass of water 2 x day. You may also use it as a hair rinse. I know someone very close to me that was bald on the sides. Hair grew back slowly, but it grew back. Also, saturate a cotton pad with acv before bed and let it work while you sleep. Read the apple cider vinegar cures website. Most of all, never give up! Are you in the US? The FDA just approved the HairMax Laser Comb to stop hair loss and even get some regrowth. It's expensive, though.

And by the way, it is a myth that wearing hats causes baldness.

Do you wear allot of hats? they say that can cause thinness and hair loss. It's also most likely its in your genes. You can always look up hair loss/thinness online and read up about it or talk to your hair dresser about what he might suggest. They have plugs...???

i dislike being the bearer of bad news but you can't stop hair loss. save your money and don't order quack products "guaranteed to restore loss of hair"
