Confidence is great. Arrogance or over confidence is horrible.

When confidence is not expectation, it is good. A correct awareness of ourselves ( without comparison with others) is the base of confidence and without this awareness when we are expecting instead of confiding, it would be a turn off.

I prefer a confident guy. I hate having to reassure him that he's a good guy or what-not. It's annoying and bothersome.
But TOO MUCH confidence.... cockiness... is something I can't handle. I've been there, done that.

Confidence is good but when it gets to cockiness then it's a turn off. I prefer ppl who have a balance, they believe in themselves but they don't act like they're the sh*t.

i think mostly confidence is good. but sometimes you need to be calm and quite too. why not just be both in the right situation?

you can be confident and not be all arrogant about it...that is the sexiest way it can go...you know you are the bomb but dont feel the need to tell everyone or try to convince them of it...
