I know these might sound hard and overwhelming, but try these (these really helped me):
- run or jog a little every day or u can bike regulary
- do pushups(my coach made us do 50 pushups 4 every missed serve)
- do situps/crunchs
-leglifts
- get a volleyball and practice!!
The first day might be hard, but u'll most likely get in shape (if u aren's already) once u start joining the practices.

you should do some type of cardiovascular exercise every day
work on the toning and building of muscles in your arms, legs, and core
and never forget to practice your skills that will help you in play....such as serving, setting, and passing!
