It would on any day but Sunday. If anyone worked then, they'd have to be stoned.

Many lawyers have asked this same question, and have concluded that it would.
-------------------------
...Frank Morrison, a British lawyer of the 1930s, undertook an expedition to collect circumstantial evidence to disprove the resurrection. Such evidence, of course, is admissible in all courts of law in civilized countries to prove or disprove events of which there are no living eyewitnesses. When he analyzed the evidence, he reached a stunning conclusion: The resurrection had actually taken place! Morrison presented his case in his book, "Who Moved the Stone?"
Another factor worth considering is the character of the disciples. They were eleven cowardly men who shut themselves in a room after the crucifixion because they were afraid. Yet what galvanized them into action so that within their own lifetime, much of the then known world could hear the message of Christ? Some of them paid for this message with their lives. Would they have done so if the resurrection were a hoax?...

Yes.
Jesus was an actual being here on earth.
This has been recorded by the Romans.
The accounts of his doings and teachings are sufficiently noted for them to be admissible in the court of law.
I believe that Jesus died for my forgiveness and nough said.

Leviticus 20:9 Any child that curses his mother or his father shall be put to death.
Try using that in a court of law.
Obviously. God did not mind killing children that were already born.

I guess that would depend on the jury!
But the book "Who Moved The Stone" was written by a man that set out to disprove the Resurrection...and he ended up being convinced by the evidence.

Doesn't matter, it will hold up in the Court of God. I only wish that my actions could live up to the great standard Jesus set.
