Not a whole lot. Dr. Oz was on OPrah and he said so. He also said most men don't notice much and it really doesn't bother them that much, it's the women that make a big deal out of it. Just applying lotion and living with it and concentrating on the good points you have and not the not so bad ones. lol.

Welcome to reality, you are not a baby anymore, therefore you have cellulite. You are right, you can only minimize the appearance, the bull tat's airbrushed on TV or any other commercials, is just that, BS. Anyhoo, get some Q10 cream Nivea has some, and use it daily. Also, sometimes what works best is sunscreen, no kidding! You can also fake'n bake, a good tan always minimizes the appearance of cellulite. Ok, I'll let some other people come up with ideas.
Good luck.

I believe cellulite is from eating saturated fats, alcohol, and caffeine. Also cellulite can be caused by birth control pills because the waste system in ur body can't get rid of the huge amount of estrogen. So if ur on birth control u should drink a lot of water to flush the waste. I heard that if u massage the areas everyday it can help reduce the appearance of cellulite, because massages break down the fat tissue. hope this helps

Unfortunately, cellulite is very difficult to treat. Even very slender women like yourself can suffer from cellulite, because it is not about how much fat you have, it is caused by a lack of elasticity in the connective tissues under the skin, which allows the fat to bulge unevenly. Men rarely suffer with cellulite and certainly not to the same degree as women, because their connective tissues are formed very differently from women.
Two proven treatments for cellulite are Mesotherapy and Endermologie, but both need to be repeated indefinitely to maintain results and they don't come cheap either.

I believe cellulite is hereditary..
I use Avon Slim Shape Cream on my thighs and I go to the spa and get cellulite treatments. They are kind of pricey like $50+ per treatment. So far they work good...
but keep doing what you are doing and try my above advice.
I hope it works.. but dont worry.. ALL women have some sort of cellulite...

cellulite is fatty deposits that sit under your skin that is why you can see them. Most women have them and it is the hardest thing to get rid of, I suggest you ask a trainer as to the best excercise for you to get rid of them. You are already excercising which is good but maybe your not doing it right that is why you still have the cellulite. So yeah I think it's good idea to ask a trainer.

Better circulation could help. You should get firming cream, and message it into your thighs. Give em a good message every night. And try thigh work outs with weights. Running is good, but that just makes you slimmer. It's not really a firming exercise. I use to wonder why my abs wouldn't get firm when I was running...then I started working out just my abs and then they got firm.
