Now this is a good question that you have posed. He reduced the troop strength by 1/3 to boost the numbers in Iraq. Now Al Qaeda and the Taliban will have their spring offensive which will probably be stronger than every before because we took our eye off the ball to fight this stinking war of choice-Iraq.
Now it appears that Al Qaeda has reformed its training bases and money lines and are regaining strength.
Now if we had just crushed the SOBs when we had the chance we would not now have to be worrying about more possible casualties thanks to Al Qaeda with the help of our boneheaded policies from the Dimwit Administration

The same way we stopped last year's 'surge' with the same amount of troops as we have now. (And have maintained in the country for the past 6 years!)

You are aware that we have not pulled any troops from Afghanistan because of Iraq?

Maybe you should ask some real questions instead of repeating the political-motivated BS you hear?

The insurgents in Afghanistan are not as well-trained nor as well-equipped as the NATO troops. And NATO has massive air power. I don't expect too many problems.

Well, blame it on the Democrats who won't give Bush
more troops (a name they call "surge"), or more funding
for the equipment they need, or any support for the troops
of any kind, as those troops willingly will give their lives for our
freedom (from terrorists).
