The weight chart I looked at said that you should weigh 106 to 119. So I would say that you are just right and could gain a few pounds and still be within the right limits.

Absolutely not, you're at a perfect weight for your height. If you don't like the way you look, like you think you've got a lot of "cush" you don't like, get a healthy workout plan together (talk to someone at the YMCA, your doctor or personal trainer) and you'll tone up. Pilates is wonderful. (I'm a big advocate of it, lol)

Fat can not be measured by your weight and height, but by the body fat percentage of your body. Your weight reflects the density of your bones and muscles, more than they do the amount of fat, since fat is much lighter than muscle or bones. In order to find out if you have excess body fat you can send me two measurements: around your bellybutton and around the widest portion of your sitting area. With these two, and your height, I can compute your body-fat percentage. You can send to robertob003@yahoo.com, I will be gladd to help you.

No your not fat.Don`t worry about your weight.
Just remember God created you the way you are.
No need to feel ashamed.
Sometimes I feel fat,but you know everyone has those days.
Just be YOU,
Don`t worry what any one else thinks.
No one`s perfect,
Just remember you are NOT alone, everyone has some inperfection,
so love who YOU are & eat healthy & exercise.
I am saying,
No ones perfect, everyone wants to be thin & healthy,
So love yourself.
I will pray for you!
God Bless!

Fat is in the eye of the beholder, no you are not fat, keep what you got and remember they have finally come to their senses about the skinny models and they can not work in some places.

No - do you?

And why doesn't it matter?
Unless you are short of breath, high blood pressure, or other health issues, I say don't bother with modeling magazines, never mind the TV commercials or what others say "you should" bullcrap lines.

Besides, models are the most unhealthy, malnurished, wacko's in human flesh.

Sounds just right to me, but then again its not the weight and height ratio but its how you feel. Do you feel healthy, are you well? I'm sure you're just right the way you are.
