exercising reduces stress and keeps your heart in good shape. It may also keep your weight in check and this reduces your chances of developing heart disease, diabetes, etc. in the long run.

it makes u feel good! it energizes u! it gets out anger! it is such an important part of life it makes it eaiser to do everything!! weell hope i helped.
