I personaly am very concerned for this matter. We say we want to lead people to Christ, but yet we chase them away and argue with them instead. Instead of assuming that a question asked by anyone outside of Christianity is for sarcastic purposes, treat it as a literal search for knowledge. Don't fuel the fire.

That's a nice idea. I wish more people had your attitude. I'm sure the people who do this will say they only get mad because they're routinely attacked on here. Obviously, that's far from the truth. It seems like everyone attacks everyone on here. Very few people are here to spread any kind of word or have a semi intelligent debate about religion. It always ends up in name calling & condemnation.

I am not saying ALLLL christians do this but there are plenty! Some of these people here are saying no one is perfect and "we make mistakes" BUT when anyone who is NOT christian and make a mistake they will get verbally attacked on and pass judgement on that person. ( isnt that sinning as well?) Shoot, they even do it to their fellow christians. The bible said do not cast stones and do not judge ON ANYONE not just only for ur fellow christians. The bible also says no sinner is greater than the other. So " no one is perfect" does not justify their actions by judging a person outside christianity. You see this happening ALOTTT in here. It is no excuse to be mean and hateful. That is not Jesus's way. I know of some churches that will kick a person out for some personal issues that is going on inside his/her family that they dont approve of. I think that is what turn some people away from the christian church because everything they stand for is following the way of Jesus and they truly dont. That is casting judgement ( like some of those churches who have no right kicking anyone out of a church because they ARE NOT god and they are sinning ALL THE SAME by casting that judgement on that person)

We all are human. Meaning that we get depressed...sad...upset..and very much angry. But remember.....even Jesus caused a riot in the temple when he trashed the place because they were having a marketplace in his fathers house. (Righteous anger..it's mentioned in the Bible)And that made a VERY BAD impression on the Jewish temple leaders who were out to get him anyways. GET MY POINT? We have to pray to God to help us ALL control our anger. Because Athiests and others are WAITING to see us mess up and contradict our belief. Were just human.

I really think that christians get mad when someone questions their belief becouse it makes them think and thinking is not allowed to exist alongside dogma. The entire meaning of faith is lack of knowledge, to blindly follow religious teachings without questions that may lead to the disregarding of religious "truths". I wouldent want to be wrong if I have devoted my life to a lie. Ignorance is bliss.

nobody's perfect. i try to lead my friends to lead a more christian life, but when they tell me they arent interested. i let them be. nagging, arguing and debating with people just doesn't work. i can't save people, they need to save themselves. i can only show them the way.

Speak for yourself and while you are at it, provide us with some proof and exampes so that we may examine your claims and see if there is any truth in them, because I am here often and do not observe anything like what you are saying. In fact your statement is so far off , I wouldn't be surprised if you are pretending to be who you are, because it is really the opposite of what you say.
Not everything people call mean, hateful, or judging, or attacking, are really those things, they are instead often convenient ways of reverse attacking with slanderous accussations and resisting what they don't want to hear by casting frowned upon labels. Don't fall for it .

We all aren't perfect, and we all are at different levels of learning, and some of us, or all of us fluctuate at times of stresses of learning, we are all connected.
