Both! There is such thing as a natural vibrato..but you can get it from lessons and practicing as well.

It's absolutely attainable. A study at either penn state or u. of pennsylvania (not sure which} found tone deaf to be a non-verifiable word. I.e.; Any one can learn to be on key with time and practice... good luck. Try humming scales to start and then seek a voice trainer...

Some people are more talented than other people. But even the best singer needs to practice.

I think that most people have at least a little talent, but practice can make it better.

It is a gift i think but to reach your highest potential you should be practising.

both. u have to develop the instrument even though you are good singer.
