I just want to tighten up my body and make my coke bottle figure standout perfectly. And get a little bit of abs up in there at the same time.
I'm 5'1 and weigh 150 my measurements are 40D- 30- 44 if I use the ablounge for 30minutes and run for at least 2 hours a day, do you think my body can be really toned in like 3 months for bike week?
