Just use Acrobat Writer you must Install Acrobat Writer then you can use Acrobat Menu to perform Task or on your Word Document the Writer process as a Printer so when you click print option you just choose Acrobat Printer then you are done!!

You need a Acrobat distiller program, by using this program you could convert any word or excel file to pdf format
