I cant swallow a stupid pill, i'm getin at myself and i cant swallow the tiny pill. Why? Whenever i try to swallow it, it just floats inside my mouth. It wont go down, I need to take my allegey pill now because my nose is runny.
I put it way back in my throat and it just wont budge? :(

well first dont put it back in ur throat i turned out the same way after boot camp ..........we had to swallow like 100 pills with no water........well it seemed like 100. place it in the front of ur mouth then fill ur mouth up with water. While holding the water in ur mouth if the pill is solid......tilt ur head up and look to the ceiling let the pill slide back then take a big gulp. If its a capsule and floats in water tilt ur head down and do the same. if this doesnt work, and if its solid, disolve it in a spoon of cup of water then drink it or let it disolve in ur mouth with the water ur better off disolving the pill in the cup it may taste bad. Here's what I do for my dogs:
Tilt their head back with one hand on top of their muzzle.
With the other hand I pull down thier bottom jaw, and with my middle finger and thumb I place the pill at the back of their throat then I rub my pre-buttered forefinger over their nose - this all happens very quickly - they lick the butter off their nose, it makes them automatically swallow and the pill is gone.
When I was a kid, mom used to crunch up our pills and put them in a tablespoonful of jelly, they'd slide right down.
If that doesn't work, call your mom. She's been giving you pills for years.

if it helps dissolve the pill in a small glass of water then down it if that doesnt too good flip your head back put water in your mouth first then still the pill in there and swallow or try putting it in a peice of bread then just eatit all these techniques should work but try the water thing if you cant swallow it whole dissolve it good luck!!!!!!

This is a mental thing!!!! Put the pill in the back of your mouth then take a big sip of water or whatever and drink it like normal. Once you do it, you will be able to do it with ease. Good luck!!

Fill your cheeks and entire mouth up with water, tilt your head back and drop the pill in your open mouth. Then swallow all the water.

haha..i used to have that problem to....just put the pill in your mouth then drink a bottle of water..you wont even notice that it went down

Some people just cant tke them see if your doctor will give you something other then a pill and if needed try water and tilting your head way back

I used to have this problem with my horse pill antibiotics. Try to use a straw. Or on the tip of your tongue with lots of water. Then if all else fails, "chug" some water: chugging the water widens your throat up.

I learned that crushing the pill will actually make reaction time faster. Just drink it with milk or water if ya do that.
