Muscles can have knots (trigger points) that make them tight which in turn put pressure on nerves and other things causing pain.

Get a strong round magnet. Put South pole of the magnet on the pain site (except heart and brain), pain will disappear.
If you have acidity, treat it with sweet fruit juices, milk or salads. If constipated use green vegitables.
