If you lose weight, will you get loose saggy skin?

It depends on your age and the elasticity of your skin. I am 52 and lost 45 lbs and YES, my skin is now very saggy but I don't care because I feel so much better.

if you loose weight very rapidly and have been overweight for some time then it is not unusual to have excess skin that is not tight on the body.

that is one of the many advantages of losing weight slowly over a period of time

yes at first your skin will be loose but as time passes it shrinks into your new shape good luck on your diet

If you lose weight the wrong way (fad dieting, gastric bypass, etc) you will sag and get bad stretch marks.
