How to search within a document?

Like specific words and stuff like that. I wrote a long paper and it is hard to look for specific words. Please help. Thanks.

Ctrl-F or Edit > Find

Hit control + F to open the find toolbar and type your word.
Or Edit -> Find from the menu bar
