The Bible says that a person becomes a living soul when he BREATHES the BREATH of life into his nostril (fetuses don't breathe): Genesis 2:7

Just as life does not end at the last breath (death is when all vital functions cease), life does not begin at the first breath. Rather, life begins at the formation of the living being. Scientifically we know that an unborn child is indeed a living organism. At the moment of conception a UNIQUE being is formed and that cannot be denied. Thus, abortion is indeed murder.

abortion really is murder no matter what others say. in fact two of my friends and i were critisized for saying so in school and there was a letter to the editor from another friend in the newspaper!
just because u dont breathe yet doesnt mean ur not alive (when ur a baby) there is a heart beat before u breathe and thats when life starts, but abortion before this point is still wrong and i consider it murder. God ment for that child to come into this world and abortion is forcing them out.

Good question. Life begins at conception. The breath of life begins when born. Is abortion murder in the same way as killing a child after he is born? I couldn't really go that far. However I do not believe God wants us to snuff out a life that he has begun, even if that life hasn't been born yet. Unless, of course, it is a choice between the life of the mother or that of the unborn child.

The bible says that in the last days that which is good shall be called bad. And those things that are bad shall be declared to be good. I sure am glad that I know the One from where truth comes. For any human being with a brain in their head to struggle with this question of when life truly begins is simply a fullfillment of the prophecy I mentioned at the beginning of this answer.

We all KNOW when life scientifically begins! Come now!
When does it begin to get REALLY unethical? ..
in my opinion, most definitely when it turns from the embryo stage to the fetal; about 8 weeks, after that it should absolutely be banned. At this point a fetus is thriving, growing, aware, an established human being.
..and that's ample time for anyone with any kind of brain.
All one needs to do is study fetology and abortion procedure, that says it ALL really.--Anyone who can't deal with the gory sickening and heartbreaking facts of what killing an otherwise, perfect, healthy baby entails, shouldn't have an opinion on it.
Can you imagine they routinely kill thousands of babies after 20 weeks gestation, perfectly elective, this is when for a FACT we know the baby can feel pain!
It's a sick reflection of humanity, and I believe a very dark stain on the history books which will make us look like barbarians.
