Also can get water retention(asites) when you have a liver problem. I agree you should see your doctor if that is indeed what you have

In the pelvic cavity or abdominal cavity? Usually caused from an underlying condition or infection. May need to be aspirated with a syringe. Will eventually cause greater infection. Needs to be treated ASAP.
