Nothing will get you off the jury duty list unless you are a felon...if you tell them you are racist, it will be left up to the prosecution or the defense to excuse you, they may want you for some reason...

Yes you can , and no they can not bring charges against you for your beliefs. But they will likely call you for jury duty again.
