I drove into someones ditch, and was going to repair it myself, but they called my company and said I also hit their fence, which I didn't. I have pictures to show that, but now I am stuck. If I admit to the ditch damage I assume responsibility for the fence, right? What should I do?

You are only responsible for the ditch damage, not the fence.
Show your insurance company the photos you took (I'm assuming they are from the same day as the wreck) and you'll be fine. If there is a police report, the damage to the property may be listed...see if lists the fence. Bottom line, you're only responsible to pay for what you damaged and not anything else.

Your landlord is responsible for upkeep and supervising upkeep in case you havent brought about it through any probability. different smart whinge to the society or colony (in case you stay in a unmarried) hostile to him. or you are able to ask him to fix it and also you'll split the cost. very last spat to get even is to fix it up on your human being and deduct that volume from the lease next time you pay him. If brawl guarantees have police no. waiting.

i own a shop, and truthfully there probably isn't to much of a way out of this one,id just pay for the damage and write this one off, like you said either way you go they just about got you,i got in the same deal a while back,i just paid for it and let it go this way the insurance company didn't have to get involved in it, good luck i hope this helps.

No, no, no. Don't assume ANYTHING that you didn't actually do. If they balk then contact your insurance carrier and let THEM handle this mess -- (unless, of course, you were drunk and really did crash into their fence).
