during this time just tell callers you are on the list not to call

The phone number of Do not call is a different number. Change your phone number and don't give it out as often. But that doesn't guarantee not getting calls you don't like. Its just the only thing I can think of. But I have heard a preprogrammed message on some phones before. Depending on who's calling maybe that will work???
