Mr Huang,

In some countries with strict anti-corruption laws enforce, the mere offer of a bribe will land the one in jail.
In others, bribery is common place and you are expected to do it to save trouble.
Since you want to brag this on the Internet, tell us what country you are from? And how did you bribe the cop and how much ?

I was offered bribes a number of times, and each time, the person was from Chicago or New York, which (to me) implied that bribery sometimes took place in those areas. This impression was reaffirmed by my uncle from Manhattan, who (when I was a teenager) told me; "always leave a $20 bill rubber-banded to your license. If the cop wants it, he'll take it, if not, he'll give it back, and you can claim you do that in case you get mugged..."

I never took one, of course, and I'm still disturbed by the practice, but you know, Prosecutors take large payouts to drop tickets, in a thing called the "diversion fund", which, in many cases, they're pretty free to spend as they see fit.

Now, any place else you sent guys out with guns to collect money for you, that'd be called organized crime....

You lie.
Why would a cop accept a few bucks to risk his job?
