yes,it is appropriate in War. it has been done since antiquity. I would also do it for revenge or if I hate someone very much or if I wanted to commit suicide. it is kinda of obvious that one doesn't want to infect his loved ones or his friends or countrymen.

an infectious disease that has spread is AIDS in Africa and some of the people there are unaware of the bad that they are doing to the other person. It is bad and should be prevented and I recommend you don't view yourself better than others, but the person who did the RIGHT thing.

no, i personaly could never do that to anyone. i would never want to change someones life like that. i dont think that makes me a better person then someone who would maby someone has a good reason of why they would want to infect someone. any reason it doesnt make them not a good person, or me a better one it just depends on how they feel and think is ok in there life and if they could live with it.

Absolutely not and no. People who do that on purpose are sick in the head. Why would you want to do that to other people and possibly eliminate a society?

Why would someone who is sick actually want to get another sick?
If it was done unintentionally than that would be something different but to actually pass it on to another on person on purpose that is just wrong and you know it is.
