I do think about it a lot. It seems that a lot of people (even loved ones), don't understand the complexities of ADD and what people with ADD go through. It is a real disorder that can be treated. It's not immaturity, it's not being lazy...it's a concentration problem that is not our fault.

I'm just at the stage of getting diagnosed. Last week's appt was a major trauma trying to say what I meant. I think it was obvious but only because I was the one going through it. I have slowly peeled the onion and its layers. I'm just left with my behaviours. Time to clean up the mess and understand how I made it to where I am now.
Time to plan for the future. :)

Exactly. My mom just doesn't get it. I'm not trying to be rude. I really do forget stuff alot. I'm lucky that I know I have ADD. Now that I know I can do stuff to help myself. Tomorrow. *lol*
