Being 19, you're an adult as is he. However, it seems risky for him to be flirting with a student (unless he has tenure) as he could get fired for such behavior.
Hmmm . . . if you're interested in him, I would tell him that it would have to be after the end of your class (presumably June?).
Good luck, if he respects you go for it!

Teacher or not, he is not acting professional. 26 or not, do you want to mess with an immature boy? I don't recommend you go their either. He may think you are hot but it may cost him his job. If you are in college you should know how much hard work it takes to get a degree. Men can't help to look at pretty woman, it's their nature. Don't entice him anymore than you already do, it will only cause trouble. Unless you are the type of girl that wants to get by life using you body, I suggest you look for the attention of a man that values your mind. Besides, I don't think your parents will be happy to know your teacher is fraternizing with students. Sorry if I come out sounding maternal. I am 28 with no children and have figured out for myself what is truly important in life. I just tend to over mother everyone cause I have no children of my own. I hope that I have given you some insight.

Whew, I'd be staying away from him. Sometimes the male teachers prey on the female students. Chances are you're just one out of serval he's oggling. Be careful.
Had a friend that ended up sleeping with her college professor, thinking she was the only one...and well...caught him with someone else. Wasn't pretty.

I dated one of my tutors at university and it was all bad. Especially when I wasn't interested and he was openly rude to me in class, mocked my comments and gave me bad grades. Don't go there.
If he still likes you after the class is over you can date him next semester, right? Anyway, it's pretty skeezy of him to be dating a girl who's in his class, right?

Or stay there and hope he gives you A's........good luck...
