Don't do drugs, please get help. You might can clean your nose, but you can't clean the damage cocaine does to your body.

The cocaine will be absorbed into the tissue of the nose - that's how it works. As such when it is all absorbed there is nothing left to "clean".

If you do it frequently, you will start to find little bits of nose tend to detach themselves - especially if you blow nose fairly powerfully.

It is nothing to be unduly worried about - it is quite normal for a regualr cocaine user to lose the little dividing part that gives you two nostrils. You can still breath out of one just fine and so long as you keep your head down, folks may not even notice the missing parts.

You can just blow your nose. Then, pull the skin of your face just next to your nose sideways and breath in hard, and you'll feel a big clump of crap come out into the back of your throat.

However it doesn't make much difference as by the time you're high the damage to the tissues in your nose has already been done. And that damage can be bad...
