I would remodel my bathroom. I consider the bathroom to be the most important room in the house in terms of adding value to a home. Most Realtors will tell you that the bathroom can make a home value go up greatly if properly remodeled. One of the biggest modifications I would add to my bathroom would be a steam shower. Steam showers are becoming very popular and not only do they add value to a home but also improve health.

The room that I would remodel is the kitchen. Well in order to sell the a house the buyer is more inserting in the kitchen . Where did I heard from HGTV they tell you ideas. I would remodel my kitchen is because the floor is a hot mess. I would get new floor.

It would just depend on which room needed it the most. I've done all of mine, one at a time! If you are wanting to SELL~you get your biggest cash return on baths and kitchens. If your whole house needs it, start on the room farthest in the house, and work your way out ..that way you won't be wrecking any new flooring, paint, etc. you've already done getting materials to the inner rooms.
