How does a liver health issue could produce tinnitus. How can i protect my liver or help it to stay healthier.

I have been tested for hepatitis with negative results. Im not a drinker. I dont smoke. Once i had problem with the denge fever, transmmited by mosquito bite, and the hepatic enzimes numbers were very high. Now i feel fullnes in the right ear and a continuous tinnitus. I have been tested for diabetes, thiroid,, head and neck MRI, head and neck CT, being all test normal or negative.

Tinnitis is ringing in the ears. I don't think it has anything to do with your liver.
