Hello everyone. I was thinking about possibly pursuing a career as a flight attendant when I become 21 years of age. I am 5'2" but on the heavy side but not extreme. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

I am not aware of any weight restrictions, however I believe you have to be able to get up and down the isle with ease. Here is a site for flight attendants that might be useful: http://www.flightattendantcareer.com/

Good luck with the career!

I believe there is a maximum weight just for purposes of moving through the cabin with ease but depending on what you call extreme, I would say you should be fine...

They are not supposed to discriminate that sort of thing. However, we all know they do anyway. Your just going to simply have to ask them. There is no good answer to this question.
