Maybe I can help you...

If a boy called you " Sarisinim", I suppose you are blonde-haired, right ?

In turkish, we say for "blonde" = " sarisin"
When you add the prefix " im" at the end, which means "my", it becomes " sarisinim", that is to say " my blonde girl"...

Usually these kind of words are said only when there is a love affair, or at least a seduction try.

For a brunette girl, we say " esmerim", for a blonde girl, we say " sarisinim".

Concerning the pronounciation, I hope you could hear by a friend of yours, because it's difficult to say here how it should be .
In this word, the second "s" is pronounced like "sh" ( for example, " shine", "she"). And the 3 "i" have a sound which doesn't exist in english. ( in turkish alphabet, there are 2 different " i", one with point above and another without point above )( and on my french pc keybord, I can write it only with a point above ).I don't know what example to give you, maybe you could hear it listening songs of Tarkan ( for example the word " simarik", in a song called also "simarik" has the same sound)

But at least, now you know what he said to you.

"sarisinim"= "my blonde girl"

Bye bye !

quite honestly, if you do not get the answer, I will ask a Turk for you but it depends on when any of them come on line for me to ask.

LOL you do know how to pick em. No site has such a word.

The guy below me has it. All I found for that word were photos and videos of a beautiful blonde in an almost not there bikini.

This is an idiomatic use of the word 'kafa' (literally 'head' in EN. though it is rather the mind that is referred to in this usage) which implies the pleasurable, relaxing and uplifting effects experienced after the consumption of alcohol. (Might as well be used with reference to drug-high, for example that of cannabis). Your friend means that drinking did him good--as in helping him leave his worries/ anxieties behind, or giving him a good buzz or both.
