That's a very odd question. World War II was fought over a large portion of the world and for several years - so when it was wintertime, there was snow. And a number of battles took place in the snow.
I guess it would be helpful if you could narrow it down to a theater of operations or maybe even a front? Then people could give informed answers rather than just naming some of the bigger battles.

The Japanese invasion of the Aleutian Islands; The Battle of the Bulge in Europe; The Battle for the Eastern Front as the Germans advanced towards Stalingrad, Russia.

several but the first that comes to mind is the Battle of the Bulge at Bastogne. The 101st was was surrounded and not prepared to fight in winter.
